It is packed with great features, including a 28cm frying pan, a 28cm wok pan, a 24cm egg roll pan, a 20cm double-handled pot, a set of 4 kitchen tools, an egg roll spatula, and a multi-purpose silicone cover. The design, featuring a cream tone with brown accents, is just so pretty. Since it comes with kitchen tools, I think it would be perfect for newlyweds furnishing their new kitchen! The first dish I made with the Vero 2 was spicy japchae, which I've been craving lately after watching Kang Min-kyung's YouTube videos 🌶️ I decided to try replicating it myself and made it my own way in a 28cm wok pan haha. 🍎 Soak regular glass noodles. 🍎 Make the sauce with red pepper powder + soy sauce + honey + oyster sauce + minced garlic + pepper + dashi. 🍎 Stir-fry the fish cake → bean sprouts → glass noodles in the wok pan in that order, then add the sauce and a little water to simmer until thickened. Finally, sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds, and it's done! What I liked most about using the Vero 2 for the first time was its spacious bottom. For frying pans or woks, it’s not just about the size; it’s about how comfortably you can spread out ingredients to cook. Since the bottom is wide, I liked being able to stir-fry a generous amount at once. It was also very convenient because ingredients didn't easily splatter out while wok-slurping.
