After thinking for a while about what to put on top of the dresser, I decided to fill it up one by one with things I usually like.🤍 I gathered the perfumes I reach for often in one place, to create a small perfume zone, and next to it, I framed the wedding invitations I had carefully kept, because I wanted to cherish the moments from our wedding for a long time.🕊️ Actually, when decorating a home, I’ve found that adding just one item that holds our story, rather than filling it with a lot of pretty accessories, makes it feel much warmer and less likely to get boring. Whether I'm choosing perfume while getting ready in the morning, or glancing at the frame as I pass by, it feels like the excitement of that day is gently resurfacing.🥹🤎 For newlywed home interiors, you don't necessarily have to replace big furniture or bring in a lot of accessories.
