As someone who does a lot of computer work at home, I experienced eye strain due to monitor reflection, and my husband, who works shifts, needed to get a good night's sleep during the day, so we absolutely needed blackout curtains. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to solve light blocking, heating/cooling effects, and interior styling all at once.
