This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #OgamReview Selection program. I wanted to change the atmosphere of my study a bit, so I installed new blinds. The Maeumgyeol L-shaped blackout aluminum blinds are a custom product where you can mix and match colors yourself! I chose a 2-way split of beige and black in an 8:2 ratio. It looks more unique than when I used a single color, and it creates a natural focal point by the window, making the space look sharper than before. Thanks to the black accent, my study feels like it has gained a certain edge. I agonized over choosing the colors, but I am satisfied because the beige and black combination looks better than I expected! Since the slats are 18mm thick, they aren't too bulky, giving a clean and sophisticated feel. Another advantage was that they are lightweight because they are made of aluminum. Also, because of the L-shape, there are almost no gaps when the slats are lowered, so they block the view while providing blackout effects. It's great in terms of functionality! For me, who wanted to utilize it not just to simply cover the window but also as a part of the interior, this was a satisfying choice. It was also fun to think about color combinations, so if I were to do this in a different space next time, I would like to try a different combination.
