It's my baby's second birthday! I tried hanging helium balloons on toys and dolls that I've seen on Pinterest and Instagram since last year. I heard that rubber balloons lose their helium quickly, so I was advised to do it an hour before the baby wakes up, which is why I woke up at dawn... My son seems to have a "Capital T" aesthetic.
