I used to give up on storing seaweed altogether because it gets soggy so easily 🤔 I tend to buy a lot of ingredients at once and keep them in the refrigerator, so I was always worried about how to store them, but these days, I put them in Vaquen one by one 🥬🍓 Unlike regular airtight containers, Vaquen is amazing because you can remove the air inside the container to store things in a vacuum state! All you have to do is close the lid and press down firmly with the vacuum pump, so it’s simpler to use than I expected. It’s great for storing everything from vegetables and fruits to pre-prepared ingredients and leftover side dishes. I also like how it keeps things neatly organized in the refrigerator. Since I can take things out when I need them and vacuum-storage them again, I’m using it well for storing ingredients I use frequently.
