It is a gourmet journey enjoyed at the campsite. Suiting a glass of sweet corn makgeolli with a golden-brown seafood pancake packed with squid makes all my stress vanish. The combination of the pancake, topped with crunchy pickled onions, and the makgeolli is truly perfect. The next dish is spicy stir-fried octopus and pork belly cooked on a griddle. The plump octopus, savory thinly sliced pork belly, and bean sprouts blend with the spicy seasoning, making it impossible to stop using chopsticks.
