An ordinary day in our small newlywed home, a night making pear and balloon flower root syrup 🍐💭🌙 Sometimes, I think time spent moving my hands without a care in the world really puts my mind at ease. Peeling the balloon flower roots took longer than I expected, but chatting about this and that while doing them one by one made that time quite enjoyable in its own way. For the pear and balloon flower root syrup I made this time, I finely chopped the balloon flower roots and pears, simmered them slowly with sugar, let them cool slightly, and then added honey at the end. 🎨 Ingredients: Washed balloon flower roots / Pears / Sugar (I used brown sugar) / Honey 🫟 How to Make ① Peel the balloon flower roots. ② Finely chop the balloon flower roots and pears into bite-sized pieces. ③ Put the balloon flower roots, pears, and sugar into a pot and simmer for about 50 minutes. ④ Sterilize the container you will store it in boiling water while it is simmering. ⑤ Once cooled, transfer to a container and add honey at the end. That's it. Once the sugar starts to melt, moisture will naturally come out of the pears and balloon flower roots, so you just need to simmer it while stirring slowly. It took a bit of effort, but having a bottle made like this makes me feel reassured! Our family is all set for the changing seasons 🦁❤️‍🔥 #CornSoupRecord #콘수프기록 #신혼집 #신혼집꾸미기 #14평신혼집 #작은신혼집 #배도라지청 #수제청 #신혼일상 #집기록 #오늘의우리집 #오늘장면한컷
