This is the Heriter wooden cutting board and knife set that I have been using for over five years. I love wood, so I naturally gravitated toward it from the start, and as I have used it for a long time, it has become an item I love even more. I like wood because it is a material whose color and character change slightly depending on how it is cared for and used. Even the traces left by the passage of time feel like the traces of the user's own time. These cutting boards can be held together with magnets, so storage is neat, and it is convenient to take them out and use them immediately when needed. The fact that I can use the knife and cutting board together in one place is also one of the reasons I reach for it for so long. I prefer items that become more like me the longer I use them, rather than items that remain looking brand new. Today, I record the space where my heart lingers.
