#스테이크솥밥 #계란국 Today's menu is steak rice pot and egg soup. Actually, I had planned to make a rice pot with a different topping today, but my order was cancelled because it was sold out, so I bought beef for steak. I also intended to make soybean paste soup, but I thought I had some soybean paste, only to find out I didn't. So, I ended up making egg soup using what I had at home. I soaked the rice, placed the pot on the stove, boiled the soup first, seasoned the steak with salt and pepper, and grilled it last. I wanted to cook it medium-rare, and I think it turned out well. When I made rice pots, I used to take a picture after mixing everything, but today it looked a bit strange, so I didn't take one.
