#리모델링하다생긴일 #세탁실 #보일러실 The first issue that arose during the remodeling in September concerns the elastic coating. We applied the elastic coating to prevent mold, but we should have either removed the entire fire detector on the ceiling or covered it all with plastic sheeting. Instead, they applied the coating while leaving the support brackets in place. As a result, the brackets became thicker, making it difficult to push them in and out. The technician was strong enough to force them back in, but when I tried to remove them myself, they wouldn't budge, so I ended up pulling out the entire bracket as well.😭 If you happen to have a battery-powered fire detector like mine, I recommend either covering the entire unit before applying the elastic coating, or asking them to remove everything and reinstall it once the work is finished! Also, I chose a white color with a subtle pattern, but large red or black spots appeared here and there. So I asked them to remove these things, but they just walked away saying that's how it's supposed to be 😱 In the end, I scraped off the ones with the really big splatters one by one with a knife. P.S. I didn't actually place it next to the vase; the photo looked too dark, so I just lightly placed it there for the picture and then put it away lol.
