As someone who enjoys spending time at home, I felt the need for a little change, so I rearranged the entire furniture set a few days ago. Each dish cabinet is about 800mm wide, so connecting two of them makes it 1600mm. I was worried it might look too bare if placed in the center of the wall, but contrary to my concerns, it actually creates a sense of stability. The ample empty space prevents the small living room from looking cramped, so I am quite satisfied! I have also picked out a chest of drawers in a similar tone and plan to purchase it later... but maybe living like this for a while is actually pretty good?
