Hanging just one mobile can make a space look completely different, you know? Packaging materials these days are so sturdy and high-quality that I felt it was a waste to just throw them away, so I sometimes collect them just in case I might find a use for them. I cut up a cardboard box that I really liked the color and thickness of, and tried making a bird mobile.
