I have a little tip for delicious rice that I learned from my mother-in-law: If you mix white rice and glutinous rice in a 7:3 ratio, the rice becomes much stickier and tastier. I tried it once and liked it, so I've been cooking it this way ever since ☺️ Rather than leaving rice as is, it's better to transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
