Product provided by @gyeongju_beopju While contemplating what liquor to prepare for the upcoming Chuseok, I decided to celebrate this holiday with Gyeongju Beopju, brewed with our own rice.🍶 Gyeongju Beopju was created by restoring and developing the traditional brewing secrets of 'Beopju' passed down from ancient times in Gyeongju, the capital of Silla, which boasts a thousand-year history. It is said to have been established in its current form in 1972 with modern facilities. Gyeongju Beopju is described as a pure rice liquor made using 100% domestic rice. It is produced using rice polished to an 80% milling ratio, along with traditional nuruk and koji produced in-house, and undergoes long-term fermentation and aging at low temperatures for about 100 days. Today, I paired it with Tofu Kimchi. It has a clean and smooth taste, so it didn't overpower the flavor of the food and naturally complemented the Tofu Kimchi. I thought it would be a perfect match for ancestral rites, especially since it pairs well with Korean cuisine, where various flavors harmonize, much like holiday dishes. It seems suitable not only for offering on the ancestral table but also for enjoying lightly with family during the holidays alongside dishes like jeon (Korean pancakes), galbi (grilled ribs), and japchae (mixed tea). You could say it is a drink that isn't too heavy to share with family over a meal after performing the rites. It comes in a 700ml bottle with a moderate alcohol content of 13%, and is available at major supermarkets and department stores nationwide, including E-Mart and Lotte Mart. The price range is also quite reasonable, between 7,000 and 8,000 won, but tasting it with food gave me satisfaction that exceeded the price. I was particularly impressed by its clean taste, which is comparable to alcoholic beverages in the 30,000 to 40,000 won range or higher. "For our holidays, Gyeongju Beopju, brewed with our own rice, is the best choice." This Chuseok, spend a warm holiday with Gyeongju Beopju, Korea's representative premium liquor, accompanied by carefully prepared festive food.🍶 ☆This content is intended for consumers aged 19 and older who are legally permitted to drink. #GyeongjuBeopju #명절 #차례주 #대한민국대표명주 #RitualWine #두부김치 #법주추천
