If you have some mushrooms left in your refrigerator, try using them up in fried rice!👐🏻 I found that even without any other side dishes, simply frying the mushrooms until golden brown makes for a pretty decent meal. The nutty flavor of mushrooms grilled in butter is enhanced with umami from soy sauce and tuna extract, and adding perilla oil and perilla seed powder at the end really brings out the nuttiness🤡 Especially when you press the bottom slightly, that part is the most delicious😊 Ingredients 100g mushrooms, 1 bowl of rice, 10g butter, 1T minced garlic, 1T regular soy sauce, 1/2T tuna extract, a little green onion, 1T perilla oil, 1T perilla seed powder 1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms cut into bite-sized pieces, and fry until golden brown. 2. Once the mushrooms are sufficiently colored, add the minced garlic, regular soy sauce, and tuna extract, and fry lightly over high heat. 3. Add one bowl of rice and mix well with the mushrooms... Please stir-fry. 4. Add finely chopped scallions, perilla oil, and perilla seed powder, mix once more, and it's done. The chewy texture of the mushrooms is combined with the nutty flavor of the perilla seeds; the ingredients are simple, but it's a taste that makes you keep reaching for more spoonfuls.😽 I also recommend spreading it out thinly in the pan at the end to press it down slightly before eating.
