I wanted to try hanging up a backdrop painting, but the prices were higher than I expected. Looking at the photos, it looked easy to make, so I thought, "I could do this!" and headed to Daiso over the weekend. At first, it looked pretty decent. But the more I worked on it... The cross-shaped wooden base behind the frame started to become more and more clearly visible. I kept repainting to hide it, but it ended up clumping and cracking here and there... I used almost two tubes of modeling paste and tried my best to make it work... Honestly, I'm not satisfied with the result. 😂 I started this hoping to make it look like the last photo, but reality was quite different.
