Back in the day, if you said you were going to grill pork belly at home, didn't you have to set up a table in the living room first? But the world has become so convenient these days. 🤣 When the kids were young, we used to grill pork belly at home occasionally, but grilling meat at home... the smell and grease were such a mess, so it's been a long time since we've eaten pork belly at home. My husband, however, wanted to grill it at home at least once in a while. I had seen a lot of products claiming to grill without smell, but I never thought about buying one. However, I've been seeing this one often lately. It doesn't require you to set up a full table to grill; it just cooks for you in the kitchen and you just pick it up to eat. So, I bought it out of curiosity. The price seemed better than I expected, too. I tried grilling pork belly and pork neck with it. I poured out some oil halfway through, added whole garlic cloves, and turned it over, and it grilled perfectly. Of course, my husband was in charge. Heh. The pork neck felt a bit dry, but the pork belly was ✨️moist and crispy. It was so convenient to let it rotate one more time while we ate the grilled meat, and at the end, I added chopped kimchi and some finely chopped meat, and it automatically made delicious fried rice! I don't think I'll use it often, but I think I'll make good use of it from time to time. It seems good for cooking various other dishes too, so next time I'll try filming a video, even though I'm not confident.
