When I have no appetite, I find myself craving nutty noodles with plenty of ground sesame seeds rather than complex seasonings. If you pop the poached egg and mix it in, it's simple, yet makes for a proper bowl of noodles. Please grind 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds right before eating! The nutty aroma comes up much more intensely when you grind them immediately rather than using whole sesame seeds. Seasoning 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon allulose, 0.5 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon perilla oil Add the ground sesame seeds and seasoning to the boiled noodles and mix well. Since the seasoning is on the simple side, the key point is that the aroma of perilla oil and the nutty flavor of the sesame seeds really come through! For the poached egg, simply place the egg in a bowl, submerge it in water, and cook it in the microwave. I took mine straight out of the refrigerator and microwaved it for 1 minute, but that wasn't quite enough time, so it was less cooked than I expected. Since microwave power varies, it's better to check the doneness by microwaving it in short bursts rather than microwaving it for a long time from the start! Gently poke the yolk with a toothpick or fork to prevent it from bursting. Finally, add plenty of poached egg, dried seaweed flakes, and chopped green onions. When you pop the yolk and mix it in, it is salty and nutty with a slight spiciness at the end, so you will keep reaching for your chopsticks even without many ingredients. I’ve added another menu item to make on days like today when I don't feel like cooking! #SoySauceEggBibimyeon #들기름국수 #들기름막국수 #비빔국수 #국수레시피 #면요리 #들기름요리 #계란요리 #수란 #간단레시피 #한그릇요리 #집밥레시피 #오늘뭐먹지
