I cooked some warm fish cake skewer soup for the first time in a while, and it was so delicious :) As expected, fish cake skewers taste best when dipped in soy sauce, just like the ones I ate at a street food stall. One of my favorite kitchenware brands is Vermicular :) This is the Vermicular Yukihira pot I bought on my last trip 🤍 The color is so pretty, and the size isn't too bulky, so it's perfect for cooking for a family of 1-2 people. Above all, even though it's cast iron, it's lighter than I expected and not difficult to maintain, so it seems like a pot I reach for often. I started with a cast iron pot, then moved on to frying pans and pots, and I think there is a certain fun in collecting them little by little.
