Greek Peach🍑 Yellow peaches that taste like mango Of course, the taste is different, though… 🤭 Since the *Mulbok* variety is easier to debone, I made Greek Peach🍑 with *Mulbok* yellow peaches. But surprisingly, the skin didn't peel off easily, so I gave up right away… I thought *Mulbok* was usually easy to peel🙄 Even with the skin on, it's a perfect combination with Greek yogurt and granola, so I added some blueberries and basil, and it's bursting with juice—super delicious🤍 But surprisingly, the star of the show today is Steamed Bread🍞✨ Remembering when *Four Years Apart* was in Gwangalli, I tried putting the bread in the steamer, and while it left a little to be desired, my eyes lit up at the chewy, moist, and fluffy texture. The cream cheese and chestnut jam on the soft bread that tears along the grain is the best.
