As I use scissors frequently in the kitchen, I tend to be meticulous about not only the design but also cutting power and ease of cleaning; I was quite satisfied with the overall quality of the Essence kitchen scissors. What impressed me most when I first saw them was the curve extending from the handle to the blades. Unlike typical kitchen scissors that focus solely on functional form, this design is refined like a work of art, so it blends neatly into any kitchen space. I heard the design was inspired by the strokes of Korean handwriting; looking at it again after reading the description, I found it even more intriguing to clearly feel the natural flow where straight lines and curves connect. Above all, I liked that practical features for actual kitchen use were well considered. It allows for stable handling when dealing with ingredients that need to be cut repeatedly during cooking, such as meat or vegetables, and the handle features a smooth curve, making it comfortable to hold. I particularly appreciated the detachable structure, which allows for thorough cleaning of food particles stuck between the blades after use. Since kitchen scissors are structurally prone to leaving debris in the connecting parts, I was always concerned about hygiene; however, being able to separate and clean each part individually made maintenance much easier. I like the neat feel characteristic of stainless steel, and since the design itself embodies the brand's unique style while minimizing unnecessary embellishments, I don't think I will get tired of it even after using it for a long time. I got a strong impression that this product was created with actual cooking environments in mind, considering everything from cutting power and hygiene to usability and ease of cleaning, rather than just being a pretty kitchen utensil. I think it would be a good fit for those who appreciate well-designed kitchenware but do not want to compromise on practicality.
