The result is a level of satisfaction that has skyrocketed my quality of life in the kitchen. What I liked most was, of course, the reliability of the material. Since it is manufactured in Korea using trustworthy, genuine POSCO 304 stainless steel rather than cheap Chinese stainless steel, I can use it with peace of mind, without worrying about harmful substances, even when food comes into direct contact with it. Due to the nature of stainless steel cutting boards, they do not retain food odors or stains like kimchi juice. Simply rinsing them with water after cooking cleans away grease, making hygiene management incomparably convenient. Another major advantage is that you can throw them in the dishwasher without worry when you want to use them in a particularly fresh condition. The design is also excellent. Instead of a perfect square, it features a half-moon design with one side rounded, fitting perfectly into the lines of narrow kitchen countertops. Thanks to this, you can utilize space efficiently even in a small kitchen, and its slim thickness and light weight put absolutely no strain on your wrists. Simply standing it on a drying rack creates a visual effect that makes the kitchen interior look even more modern and neat. Of course, due to the material's characteristics, it makes a distinctive slicing sound when cutting and feels quite firm to the touch. However, the tremendous advantages of being hygienic and having semi-permanent use without worrying about bacterial growth more than outweigh these drawbacks. I highly recommend this to anyone who has been searching for a cutting board due to hygiene concerns, or to anyone looking for a board that is easy to clean and looks neat. I should have switched sooner!
