Super Simple Sweet Potato Teething Rusks Made for Baby Snacks 🍠 Since the ingredients are simple and the method isn't difficult, it is a finger food teething snack that is easy to make for babies who have just started solid foods 💛 ✔️ Ingredients (Based on 12 Sweet Potato Teething Rusks) 100g sweet potato, 50g rice flour 50ml water or formula (adjust according to dough consistency) Slice the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces, steam it thoroughly, and mash it. Add the water or formula to the sweet potato and rice flour in a ratio of approximately 2:1. Knead until the dough clumps together without sticking to your hands. If the dough is too runny, add a little more rice flour. If it is too dry, add a little water to adjust the consistency. Shape them into long, thin strips that are easy for a baby to hold with one hand. Lightly make indentations on the surface with a fork to ensure they cook through. Bake at 170 degrees for 8 minutes on each side for a total of 16 minutes, and they are done! ✅ What are Teething Rusks? For teething babies around 6-8 months, to soften the hard rusks with saliva and chew on them (not meant to be eaten whole like regular snacks). ✅ Sweet Potato and Rice Flour Ratio Initially, I made them with a 1:1 ratio of sweet potato to rice flour, but they were harder than expected, so the next time I made them with a 2:1 ratio. (Most people make them with a 1:1 ratio, but if you prefer them a bit softer so they melt in your mouth, you can make them with a 2:1 ratio like I did.) ✅ Storage Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, or in the freezer for 2 weeks. ✅ Note When mashing the sweet potato, I removed the ends because they are tough and dry with little moisture. You can make various types of teething rusks by using pumpkin, potatoes, bananas, etc., instead of sweet potatoes. 🙌🏻 ✅ Precautions A guardian must always supervise the baby while they are eating. #SweetPotatoTeethingRusks #핑거푸드레시피 #이유식간식 #티딩러스크만들기 #아기간식레시피 #아기간식 #고구마간식 #핑거푸드
