After much deliberation, I chose a Samsung induction cooktop🤍 I used to use a gas range, so I really agonized over whether to buy a white gas range or an induction cooktop🥲 Since I often cook dishes that require long simmering at home, like Gomtang and Galbitang, I wondered if an induction cooktop would actually perform as well as a gas one... But I guess I worried for nothing😆 I tried making Galbitang and it turned out so well😄 I wonder why I even hesitated for so long...
