Today, I tried making a simple Sangtu-gwaja to share with my family during Chuseok! I’ll share the recipe for Sangtu-gwaja, which is perfect for holiday baking 🤍 📌 Ingredients (for 50 pieces) 1kg white bean paste, 2 egg yolks, 100ml milk, 120g almond flour I baked them at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes (Based on an LG convection oven) The ingredients are simple, and all you have to do is mix the dough well and bake!! It was a super easy way to make Sangtu-gwaja.
