I can't live without a built-in wardrobe... No, I can't... No, I *do* live without one 🤦🏻♀️ Since my building is an older structure lacking storage, installing a built-in wardrobe in the master bedroom was a must. But after the insulation work was done, they said there wasn't enough space... (Sigh) I really agonized over it, but this is how I solved it 🔨 📍 Good to check together ▸ The depth of a built-in wardrobe varies depending on the manufacturer and door type! Based on the standard built-in wardrobe we consulted on, we needed around 600mm, but after the insulation work, the actual usable depth was about 570mm, so a standard wardrobe setup was a tight squeeze. ▸ There wasn't enough space for a system hanger either, so we cleverly utilized the space near the master bathroom door frame to install it.. 🤫 Think about it one more time before giving up on storage! Still, here are some great tips to enhance the details if you take them into account. If you are planning an interior renovation, save this and use it as a reference.. ♡
