Are you enjoying your Chuseok holiday? Since I'm only planning to visit my mom's house briefly again this year, I've been just lazing around at home the whole time! I bought some sourdough bread from Tartine Bakery for the first time in a while, and maybe because it's been so long, it tastes even better haha. I just roughly put some cheese, jambon, and olives I had at home on top of the bread, and it looks great. It's a quick and easy meal!
