#오감리뷰 This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the Selection Program. The cutting board is one of the kitchen items that requires the most attention regarding hygiene. You know how you worry about discoloration, especially after slicing dark-colored ingredients like kimchi or tomatoes, and how you get bothered by the smell after preparing meat or fish!! I’ve tried cutting boards made of so many different materials, but personally, I think stainless steel cutting boards suit me really well :) I’ve been using this product a lot lately: ✔️Kitchen Malling Korean-made Half Moon POSCO All-Stainless Steel Cutting Board As soon as I received the product, what I liked most was, of course, its clean design 🤍 I had really wanted a wide stainless steel cutting board that rests slightly on the countertop, but since my kitchen cooking space is on the smaller side, I had given up on the idea because of the size. However, this product has a rounded half-moon shape, making it much prettier than a typical square cutting board. And since it rests perfectly on the edge of the L-shaped cooking space in my small kitchen, it fits so incredibly well that I really love this detail. Above all, it is made from domestic POSCO 304 stainless steel and uses pure stainless steel without any separate coating or additional processing! Since it is a product free of heavy metals, I feel reassured knowing that this is a cutting board that comes into direct contact with food👏🏻 It features a completely solid stainless steel design with absolutely no welding or seams. I liked that almost no polishing residue came off when I removed it before use. At first, I thought it would be very heavy since it is an all-stainless steel cutting board, but with a thickness of 1.2T, it feels sturdy yet is not as heavy as I expected, so it is not a burden to take it out and use every day. Since it sits flush against the sink, it is convenient that the board does not move around while slicing ingredients. The size is also generous, so it was great for preparing multiple ingredients at once!! Because it is lightweight and has clean, safe corner finishes, after preparing ingredients, I can simply lift the board over to the pan and slide it in with a knife, making the entire process of transferring from the board to the pan super convenient haha. Since it is stainless steel, I don't have to worry as much about staining or odors even when slicing dark-colored ingredients like kimchi or seasonings. Maintenance is also simple; after use, just wash it thoroughly with a neutral detergent and wipe off the moisture to let it dry.
