The Hongro apples I received as a Chuseok gift caught my eye, so today I’m making an apple sandwich 🍎🥪 I layered the thinly sliced, crunchy Hongro apples neatly, and piled on plenty of mozzarella cheese and chicken breast ham! Cutting it in half, the sweet aroma of the apple filled the air, making it even more delicious.
