The house finally becomes quiet only after I put the kids to sleep. It feels like that is when my real day truly begins. 😄 If I turn on a buttercream-colored lamp on the dining table, the atmosphere becomes much cozier even without any large lighting. It features 3 levels of color temperature adjustment, so I switch it according to my mood, but I find myself turning on the warmest warm tone the most often. Since it's cordless, it's at the dining table today, and next to the bed tomorrow. It's also surprisingly convenient not having to go around looking for an outlet. I agonize every day over whether to have a cup of coffee or dessert after putting the kids to bed...
