#우드인테리어 #독서존꾸미기 I created a small focal point in the main reading zone of our living room by installing a slatted partition and hanging a wooden wall sill on top of it. 😊 Since our house has a lot of white tones, it could easily feel a bit bland, but with the wooden slats and lighting, the space has become much warmer and cozier. What I particularly love is the wooden wall sill installed on the slatted partition. During the day, it looks like a wooden art object, and when the light is softly turned on in the evening, it creates a completely different atmosphere. I originally wanted to put lighting in the living room, but since there wasn't a suitable space, I debated for a long time between a pendant light and a wall sill. I didn't want to drill holes in the ceiling or walls, so the solution I came up with was the drill-free slatted partition. The switch is positioned a bit too high for a child's hand to reach, so my eldest often climbs onto the adjacent Schroth bar to turn on the light herself. 😆 It started as an interior design project, but before I knew it, it has become a space that naturally blends into the children's daily lives. This is the view of one corner of my living room that I like the most these days.
