#ProductProvided A peaceful morning 🫶 I brewed the beans sent by Yeobaek in my new dripper, and topped it with the homemade black soybean mascarpone on sourdough bread—it’s pure heaven 😍 The owner of Yeobaek selected and sent a seasonal single-origin with some acidity, and since the beans were freshly roasted when I received them, I held back my urge to drink it right away and waited for the degassing time, and finally tasted it this time. It was clean and perfect for hand-drip brewing. The black soybean mascarpone takes a little time to prepare, but the taste is truly excellent. My husband reacted immediately with genuine delight, which made me feel happy for some reason heh. It’s a shame the shelf life is short, but I think I’ll be making this often for a while.
