Am I a minimalist or a maximalist?😆 It’s already been 3 years since I started decorating my plant room! It started because my partner—who looks round like Winnie the Pooh but is actually quite sensitive—suggested that we should grow all the plants scattered around the living room in one place. I thought some of you might be curious, so I’ve summarized the pros and cons of a plant room. ✴︎Pros 1. Since they are all in one place, watering and maintenance are convenient. 2. Even during dry seasons, the plants regulate humidity on their own. (Maintaining over 60% humidity in winter without a humidifier) 3. You can use the living room more spaciously. 4. You can look at the plants only when you want to. (If there are too many plants in the living room, you want to water them and repot them, so it’s hard to concentrate on other things. Hahaha) ✴︎Cons 1. Mold grows on the wallpaper and window frames in winter. 2. The issue of space shortage caused by not being able to use one room. Having a plant room is convenient in many ways, and seeing the space filled with greenery makes me very... happy hehe.
