#오감리뷰 This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the selection program. Since the cutting board is the item I reach for most often in the kitchen, I tend to be quite sensitive about the material. Wooden boards require maintenance, and plastic boards leave knife marks, which raised concerns about microplastics. That is why I was so curious about stainless steel cutting boards. I am leaving this honest review after receiving the product and using it for a week. 📦 First Impressions The box is simple and clean, so I thought it would make a great housewarming gift. When you take it out, it has a rounded crescent shape, and the size is just right—not too big, not too small—for placing on a kitchen countertop! 🔍 Structure & Design Since it is molded from a single piece without welding or seams, there are no snags when running your hand along the edges. The back is folded about 2cm, and this part is designed to catch on the edge of the sink. It is made of pure POSCO 304 stainless steel with no coating or additional processing. 🖐 Pressure & Support I placed it over the sink and gently pressed down on the corners with my hand, and it didn't slide. It's subtly unsettling when a cutting board moves while chopping, but that worry has been alleviated. ✨ Material & Finish The corners are rounded, so it doesn't feel sharp to the touch. There is a POSCO Stainless Steel engraving on one side, and the product detail page includes a POSCO inspection certificate and a heavy metal non-detection test report (lead, cadmium, nickel, hexavalent chromium, and arsenic). Since this is a cutting board used to handle food that comes into direct contact with the mouth, I felt confident using it. I even tried scrubbing it with a steel wool pad. Since there is no coating, I felt at ease knowing there is nothing to peel off. However, the detail page also states that rough scouring pads may cause scratches, so it would be better to use a soft scouring pad for everyday use. 🥕 Actual Use I sliced vegetables and fruits, and then swept the chopped ingredients directly into the sink. The most convenient thing was that the cutting board rests on the sink, so I could finish everything in one go without having to move it to another dish. It is 1.2T thick, so it is sturdy, yet lightweight, making it easy to take out and use. When finished, rinse it, and stand it upright, it doesn't take up much space. It is also said to be dishwasher safe. 💬 Overall Review It is neat and easy to maintain, so I just left it on the kitchen counter and found it very convenient to wash with hot water. However, the cutting feel is different from wood, so it might be a matter of personal preference. Also, for tough ingredients, lining it with parchment paper as suggested in the product detail page makes it much easier. I think it would make a good housewarming gift.
