The grilled eggplant, soaked in a broth full of umami, is the kick ◝✩ I also added some spicy and fragrant Korean chili peppers, and it was clean and delicious until the very last bite ♥︎ 🧂Recipe (2 servings) Ingredients: 2 packs of black soybean tofu noodles, 2 eggplants, 4 Korean chili peppers ➊ Grill the eggplant and chili peppers in oil until golden brown. ➋ Boil 700ml water + 2T tuna extract + 2T soy sauce + 2T cooking wine + 1T allulose + 1T minced garlic. ➌ Add the grilled eggplant to the broth and boil for another 2 minutes. ➍ Place the tofu noodles, eggplant, in a bowl. Add the Korean chili peppers and pour in the broth to finish.
