#콘수프기록집 #현명한소비 #식기세척기 #6인용식기세척기 First year of newlywed life, finally bringing home our little dishwasher after much deliberation 💖 We made the huge mistake of not setting aside a separate space for a dishwasher during our home remodeling... so we kept putting off getting a built-in dishwasher 😂 We waited to figure out our family's eating habits a bit more before making a decision, but a 12-14 place capacity was too big for us, and given my personality of washing dishes immediately, I realized that having a large amount of food piled up wouldn't suit me either. So, while looking for a countertop product that could be installed without any base cabinet work, I discovered the Samsung Bespoke 6-place countertop dishwasher and ordered it right away! Haha. Although no separate base cabinet work is required, the product does require drilling holes for installation. My husband really dislikes drilling holes in the countertop, so I asked the technician to install it using a baseboard so that the wires are exposed to the outside. :) The finish on the water line installed by the technician was a bit sharp, so I bought some molding strips separately and tidied it up myself. The slightly exposed wires are a bit bothersome, but I am extremely satisfied with it because I can simply welcome a dishwasher without any major construction work! I chose a model without a hot air dryer, and that wasn't as inconvenient as I thought it would be! The door opens automatically when the wash is finished, and some of the water accumulated inside drains out before the drying time ends. And after a few hours, the dishes dry quite well :) (If the door opens in the middle, just tilt it to pour out any standing water, and once the dishwasher finishes, open it completely and pull the rail to dry them properly!) We usually run it late at night, so by the time we wake up in the morning, everything is almost dry; so we haven't had any inconvenience regarding drying so far. We eat lunch and dinner together, and since I often cook and bake, I think we run it about twice a day. On days when we eat simply, once is enough! The internal capacity is more generous than I expected, so I haven't felt like the capacity was insufficient at all while using it so far 💖 I am still in the process of finding the perfect dishwasher detergent for our home, but generally, it feels so good to see the dishes come out clean. Above all, I am most satisfied that the daily dishwashing time has been reduced, allowing me to spend a little more relaxed time with my husband haha. If you haven't set aside a separate space for a dishwasher like me, you might want to consider a countertop model as well :)
