I looked into whole bean coffee machines to cut down on the cost of the coffee I drink more than one cup a day. I found that the method involves grinding roasted beans in a grinder, putting the grounds into a portafilter, and tamping to extract the coffee. The problem is that the taste of the coffee varies wildly depending on the roasting, grinding, and tamping processes! I'm not planning to learn about coffee professionally; I just want to casually enjoy a delicious cup. However, I wasn't particularly keen on the complicated process of a whole bean coffee machine or its bulky design, which didn't quite fit in with my cozy home café setup. So, I purchased and used a capsule coffee machine for about two years. Its compact design compared to bean-to-cup machines and the fact that you simply insert a capsule and press the brew button guarantee the same coffee taste regardless of when, where, or who brews it. However, due to the instant coffee taste that differed from freshly brewed espresso, the somewhat high cost of capsules, and capsule disposal issues, I ended up turning my attention back to a bean-to-cup machine. While browsing through fully automatic whole bean coffee machines from various brands, I came across the Baristina, designed to allow for easy espresso extraction with a single swipe, without any complex settings or technical skills. The more I examined it, the more I realized it was exactly the whole bean coffee machine I wanted, so I brought it home to my home café ❤️ With the Baristina, which preserves the greatest advantage of capsule coffee machines—compactness—while solving the downside of capsule coffee, the monotonous taste, our home café—where the coffee taste used to be lacking—has become a true coffee hotspot 🤭🤭 #CoffeeZoneCompleteItem #콘수프기록집 #콘수프기록 #CornSoupChallenge #홈카페 #홈카페인테리어 #홈카페존 #Baristina #원두커피머신
