#치킨크림리조또 Today's menu is Chicken Cream Risotto. It's a Chicken Cream Pasta dish I've made a few times before, but this time I made it into a risotto. I soaked the chicken in milk, dried it with a paper towel, sprinkled it with salt and pepper, cooked the skin first in a frying pan, and set the drumsticks aside. I poured the chicken fat into the pan, sautéed minced onion and garlic, then added a moderate amount of peperoncino and sautéed that as well. I forgot to buy mushrooms, so I didn't add them today. Normally, since it's pasta, I would use pasta water, but since it's rice today, I poured in water, added chicken stock and grated Parmesan cheese, a little oyster sauce, and the soaked rice. I stirred well while cooking, tasted it, added a little heavy cream, and mixed it well. I placed the drumsticks on top.
