Since it was a day for grilled pork belly, I cooked a spicy kimchi stew to go with it! I prepared lettuce, ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce), and pickled onions to complete the pork belly spread. Wrapping the golden-brown grilled pork belly in lettuce and taking a spoonful of kimchi stew really makes for a perfect combination. For the kimchi stew, I first stir-fried the sour kimchi, then added the kimchi juice, red chili powder, and minced garlic and stir-fried them together. I added anchovy broth and brought it to a boil, then seasoned it with soup soy sauce and fish sauce. Finally, I finished it off by adding tofu, onions, green onions, and Cheongyang peppers. It’s a great combination to cook and eat together on a day when we’re having pork belly. #PorkBelly #KimchiStew #KimchiStewRecipe #HomeCooking #HomeCookingMenu #DinnerMenu #TodaysHomeCooking #HomeCook #HomeCookingRecipe #Cooking #CookingRecipe #Dinner #KoreanFood #Table #EatingAtHome #WhatToEatToday
