Once I fell in love with stainless steel cutting boards, I can't use any other cutting boards anymore 🤦‍♀️ This is the Half Moon POSCO All-Stainless Steel Cutting Board Fit I use 🤍 ✔️Design Because of its half-moon shape, it doesn't take up much space when placed on the sink and feels like it connects smoothly. What I particularly liked is that it is a single-piece molded stainless steel with no welding or seams. I liked that the edges are smooth and rounded, so it doesn't feel sharp to the touch. ✔️Size, Weight With a thickness of 1.2T, it feels solid, which is a characteristic of stainless steel cutting boards, yet it isn't heavy, so you can use it without straining your wrists. It is the perfect size for placing on the sink to prepare vegetables or fruits, so I find myself reaching for it the most among all the cutting boards I own. ✔️Function Even when I gently pressed the edges with my hand, the cutting board didn't slide easily. It's frustrating when a cutting board slides while preparing ingredients, but the secure grip provided stability. Also, since it is uncoated all-stainless steel, the fact that I can use it without worrying about the coating peeling off is a huge advantage. I think so. ✔️Convenience It is more convenient than I expected because after slicing vegetables or fruit, you can simply slide the cutting board directly into the sink without having to lift it. Since you can simply rinse it lightly and stand it upright after use, it is perfect as a cutting board for daily use. ✔️Other It uses domestically produced POSCO Stainless Steel 304, and since you can verify the certification and the heavy metal non-detection report, it was suitable for households with children as you can check the material before use, given that it is a product that comes into direct contact with food. The packaging is simple, so it is great for personal use, but I also thought it would make a good housewarming gift. I liked that it doesn't slip, is lightweight, has no gaps, and is easy to maintain after use.
