This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I have always preferred stainless steel pans due to their even heat conductivity, but controlling the temperature on an induction cooktop was actually quite difficult, so I kept burning or food sticking to it. As a result, I mostly just kept them under the sink. However, the Kindel stainless steel coated pan I tried this time features a sturdy and hygienic stainless steel exterior and a ceramic coating on the inside, making cooking incredibly convenient! I particularly liked that thanks to the Intelli Mosaic Oil Road, I could cook healthily without food sticking even with just a small amount of oil. It is also quite versatile, as it can be used on all heat sources, from gas stoves to ceramic hobs, in addition to induction! I have often burned my hand carelessly grabbing stainless steel pan handles, but since the stainless steel handle prevents heat from transferring to the pan, it stays cool even after cooking. This allowed me to move it directly to the dining table and proceed with plating, which I also appreciated. The 28cm royal wok is a frequently used size with both width and depth, allowing for all types of cooking such as stir-frying, grilling, steaming, and rice bowls. I am currently using it with great satisfaction as a daily pan, so I would like to highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the strengths of a stainless steel pan and the convenience of a ceramic coating!
