A Super Simple Solution I Found After Troubling My Attic Window 🪟 My attic has a large window that lets in a lot of light. I hesitated to install curtains or blinds because it seemed complicated, and I was worried they wouldn't fit if I moved later. Then I found a stick-on blackout blind! It's the IKEA SCHOTTIS product. Since you don't need to drill any holes, you just stick it on, so the installation was incredibly simple. Because it's made of paper, it's easy to cut to size with scissors, and the length can be adjusted with clips, making it convenient to change anytime. I chose a dark color to match the tone of my carpet, and after installing it, the space feels much cozier and more atmospheric.
