Among them, the menu I buy most often is milk tea! However, I heard that you can easily achieve the flavor of milk tea using only Earl Grey syrup, without the troublesome process of steeping black tea in milk. So today, I used Earl Grey syrup to make a Milk Tea Cream Latte, one of the most delicious menu items I’ve ever had at a café. Make a smooth foam by adding Earl Grey syrup to fresh cream, add two shots of espresso to milk, and top it with the fragrant Earl Grey foam—and it's done! I found that I could easily enjoy that same taste I used to drink at a café right at home, without any hassle.
