It's Monday. My son is a high school student, and today is the first day of his midterm exams. Seeing the friends I met in front of the school on the way to class, they were just so bright and cheerful... 🤣 I felt a pang of pity for these kids, knowing that once they step through the main gate, they will soon face a completely different reality. But come to think of it, I feel the same way.
