🌟 🍽️Today's Menu - Braised Short Ribs - Stir-fried Eggplant - Rolled Omelet - Soft Tofu Stew I tried making braised short ribs for the first time this past holiday~!!! I bought rib meat from Costco and made boneless braised short ribs, but I boiled it for so long that the round potatoes all melted away...😂 I peeled the carrots and potatoes into round shapes too, so they look just like tangerines and apples, don't they??😁 I felt like it would be a shame to just eat braised short ribs, so I whipped up a very easy stir-fried eggplant dish, and made my favorite rolled omelet to finish off a meal in no time🌟 After the holidays and a business trip to China right after, my weight....👀 I thought the scale was broken..? Haha. But still, eating delicious food and being happy is the best, right?🎶🎶 Hehe. Oh, by the way!
