🥑 My current obsession: Avocado Mentaiko Rice Bowl This is the avocado mentaiko rice bowl I often make these days when I want a simple meal.🤍 Place avocado and mentaiko on warm rice, add a soft-boiled fried egg, and top it off with mayonnaise for a perfect finish! It's filling even without any special side dishes, and the combination of savory and salty is so delicious that the kids love it, and so do I It's a dish I keep thinking about these days 🥹 When served simply but beautifully, it makes even ordinary home meal times feel good for no reason.
