#콘수프기록집 #예쁜템최고야 I made both Mala Tang and Egg Fried Rice in a single pan, and it’s so convenient to just place them directly on the table and eat them❣️ I used Prem’s Atelier plating pan; I made Tomato Mala Tang in the deep pan, and Egg Fried Rice—a perfect match—in the shallow pan✨️ Now that I don't have to transfer them to separate plates for plating, it’s so convenient😊 📍 Tomato Mala Tang Ingredients Napa cabbage, bok choy, mung bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, fried tofu, wood ear mushrooms, Chinese glass noodles, thinly sliced pork belly, tomato-flavored hot pot sauce, beef bone broth, peanut butter, Laozhang (spicy chili paste) (You can change the ingredients to your liking) 📍 Tomato Mala Tang Recipe 1. Pour 500ml of beef bone broth and 500ml of water into the hot pot sauce and bring to a boil. 2. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 0.5 tablespoon of Laozhang. 3. First, add the Chinese glass noodles soaked the day before and the thinly sliced pork belly, then bring to a boil. 4. Once it has boiled for a while, add the remaining ingredients and finish cooking. 📍 Egg Fried Rice Ingredients 200g rice, 2 eggs, green onions, sausage, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a pinch of salt 📍 Egg Fried Rice Recipe 1. Add 2 eggs and a pinch of salt to the rice and mix well. 2. Drizzle with oil, add the chopped green onions and sausage, and stir-fry. 3. Add the egg-coated rice and stir-fry, then add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to finish.
