I drink coffee one cup at a time, but I’m the one who buys 1kg of beans at a time… That’s me 🙋🏻‍♀️ Because I want to enjoy every last cup, I keep only the beans I’m going to drink right away, and vacuum-seal the rest into single-serving portions and freeze them. It’s a bit of a hassle to portion them out once, but it’s convenient to just take out one bag at a time without having to weigh them every time I drink 🤎 ☕️ Once you take out the beans, leave them sealed and let them return to room temperature before opening. It’s also easy to distinguish them if you write down the bean name and the date you portioned them out. For those of you who drink beans little by little over a long period, try saving this and referring to it for your next portioning.
