This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I am a cat butler living in a multi-cat household with four cats. Since our house has a large veranda, the cats take walks there in the morning and afternoon. Cleaning up their fur is a chore, but we also have to clean the floors every single time. Actually, I remember trying a robot vacuum cleaner about 10 years ago and sending it to my younger sibling's house. Haha. It bumped into furniture and stopped on the rugs, and I thought that robot vacuums shouldn't be used in a house like mine, which is full of stuff and lots of cats. So, this time too, I was worried about the rugs scattered everywhere and the cats roaming around. However, I was incredibly surprised after using the Shark GenPro D10. It automatically recognizes its surroundings and even avoids the cats; it was so fascinating and impressive (?). The robot vacuums I remember weren't like this at all, haha. If you live with pets, I think this feature will feel like a huge advantage. You can view the cleaning status and map via the app, and the cat faces displayed are just so cute. The area under the sofa, which is always full of cat hair, is my top priority for cleaning, so I was amazed again to see it slide right in and clean every nook and cranny. It vacuums up the hair and wipes the floor with a tracked mop; instead of just turning on the robot vacuum and doing my own work, I spent a long time watching it with the cats. Haha. It didn't look like it was finished cleaning yet, but it suddenly went back inside, so I wondered what was going on. It turned out it was going to wash the mop. I was impressed again to see it come back out after washing and continue cleaning. Since it automatically washes the mop and dries it with warm air after cleaning, the amount of work I have to do has drastically decreased. I realized this is what an "all-in-one" is all about, and I thought, "Good is good, after all." Haha. It automatically avoids uneven surfaces, and the operating sound is quieter than I expected, so it was almost not bothersome. With four cats, noise is a concern, so I really liked this aspect. I thought robot vacuums wouldn't fit in our house because we have so much stuff and so many cats, but after using it myself, it was completely different from the robot vacuums I knew before. It cleans up hair and mops, and requires less effort for cleanup, making life incredibly convenient. It feels like it cleans more thoroughly than the butler who is usually clumsy and cleans carelessly haha.
